What to Expect
Plan on 60 minutes for your first visit, which will include an interview, a physical examination, and treatment. The length of the exam depends on the complexity of your symptoms. Your treatment will begin immediately following the therapist’s assessment.
If you have not received paperwork in advance (via our website, or e-mail), please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you have time to complete your paperwork before you see the physical therapist.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable, loose clothing (t-shirts, shorts, sweats) that are not restrictive to movement and closed toe shoes like sneakers. Shorts can be provided for you if you forget to bring them.
Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne at your visit. Some individuals are highly sensitive, and can have an allergic reaction.
What to Bring
- Your insurance card, claim number, and/or billing information.
- Your physician referral for physical therapy.
- Any applicable copayment.

Treatment of Minors
Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on their first visit. The authorization to treat forms must be signed before treatment begins.
